How does Matimar work?
Details of each engagement will, of course depend on its nature, but the engagement framework is:
Online discussions. We begin with remote meetings to understand the customer’s needs.
Initial meeting. A short face‑to‑face meeting for detailed technical discussion and agreement of the work plan.
On‑site collaboration. A period on‑site for the Matimar consultant to learn the the customer’s engineering environment, codebase and working practices, and to establish an effective working relationship with the customer’s engineering team.
Remote delivery. The main body of work is carried out remotely, with frequent online meetings to maintain the flow of communication. Progress is reported regularly in writing.
On‑site visits as needed. Further visits are made whenever needed, typically for integration of software with hardware and systems and to maintain a strong working relationship.
Follow-up support. Following completion, Matimar continues to provide support as needed.
